Test step 1:
Test the adhesion of white ink. The usual method is to soak materials printed with white ink (such as glass, ceramic tiles, etc.) in water, take them out after 2 hours, and scrape them off with your fingers. If you can scrape them off gently, the adhesion and waterproofness of white ink are poor. Need to replace new white ink.

Test step 2:
Test compatibility. Choose commonly used glass coating or metal coating to wipe the surface of the substrate, and then print white ink; or cover the surface of the white ink with varnish and observe whether foam appears and dissolves on the surface of the pattern. If so, it means that the compatibility of the white ink is poor and new white ink needs to be replaced.

Test step 3:
Test for purity. The purity of white ink affects the life of the print head and the effect of the printed pattern. If the white ink contains a large amount of impurities, it will gradually accumulate in the internal channels of the print head during later use, which will lead to blockage and scrapping over time. The test method is to place the filter at the outlet, pour an empty bottle, and look for filter sediment. If there are more sediments, it proves that the purity is poor.
